Welcome to Friends, Philosophy and Tea. We are an event center and teahouse located in Bellevue, WA. We are Creating Community One Teacup at a Time!
Friends Philosophy and Tea is an workshop space designed for meetings and seminars and intimate events. We are also a tea house that’s open to the public Monday through Thursday from noon to 6pm.
You’ll usually find owner Astara Briski behind the counter at the cozy tea house, which offers a wide variety of brewed and bulk teas, as well as a selection of organic snacks. Customers can choose a comfy chair and curl up with a book from one of the café’s shelves, making this spot a hidden oasis in busy Bellevue.
Friends Philosophy and Tea is an event center: a meeting space for workshops, classes and seminars, and a tea house that offers a variety of black, green, red and herbal teas and gluten-free light snacks. Owner Astara Briski and her husband, Rory, make the nearly 1,000-square-foot space available to organizations and small business owners for a variety of weekly events, including seminars, business networking events, author events and classes for meditation, yoga and other health and spiritual topics. During business hours, people can meet in the reception area/tea house for tea and a light snack. It also has a small collection of jewelry as well as new and used books.

When I was nine I was given a Hallmark Diary. Pink Plaid. It locked with a little key and I was sure it was secure BUT then no one was actually interested in my nine year old ramblings.

Hello Everyone,
A few months ago, I signed up for the Fifty + Singles Mingle in Bellevue. I never went to anything but to stay on the membership you have to provide an event.
